John Fletcher will try to add a couple more sacks to his resumeGreat article about John Fletcher and the rest of the Seniors who will be playing in their final game for the Cowboys next Saturday at the New Mexico Bowl.
This is really the best way to reward all of those players that have devoted themselves to the program but never made it to a bowl game before. The Cowboys also now have 10 extra practices which they can use to help develop their underclassmen.
Getting the Bronze Boot back was huge... a victory in the New Mexico Bowl would be a fantasic farewell well to the Seniors.
The Cowboys will lose lots of experience on their line for both sides of the ball. The Defensive Line will be hit especially hard with John Fletcher, Fred Givens and Mitch Unrein all completing their careers.
