Another blow for the WAC here as the New Mexico Bowl drops them once Nevada and Fresno State leave. This will be another meeting between PAC 10 and Mountain West schools like the Las Vegas Bowl and Poinsettia Bowls have been. Very big upgrade for the New Mexico Bowl who has struggled to get fans from WAC schools to attend. Big numbers would travel from Arizona if either one of those schools were playing.

The New Mexico Bowl will have the seventh pick from the PAC 10 who is adding two new schools next year. Would be interesting to see Utah face a Mountain West school in a bowl game.
