Cowgirls Host Griffins Saturday

Laramie, WY – The 5-2 Wyoming Cowgirls will be back in action Saturday as they host the Westminster Griffins at the Arena Auditorium.

The Cowgirls who have had a week off is coming into the game with the Griffins coming off a win last Saturday against Idaho.

The Griffins come into the game at 12-2 and are led by Michelle Pace who is averaging 14.4 points per game. To counter Pace the Cowgirls are led by Hillary Carlson and Aubrey Vandiver who are both averaging over 15 points per game.

These two teams have met once before back in 2007 at the AA, the Cowgirls won that game easily 73-35.

The game is set to tip at 2:00 p.m. MTN time.
