Let's hand the awards for the game this past weekend.

Cowboy Joe:  Brett Smith hung tough during this game and did everything in his power to help the Cowboys get a win.  He was effective in the air and on the ground and finished 210 yards passing with two yards passing.  He also lead the team in rushing with 68 yards.  A big key for Wyoming will be the health of Smith and that he can play at his same level the rest of the season.

Honorable Mention:  Daniel Sullivan certainly took his lumps this year but he made every single kick in the game.  Both extra points and two field goals including a career long 48 yarder.

Cowboy Low:  Wyoming rush defense was porous the entire game as TCU piled up 390 yards rushing as a team,  Two of the three running backs for TCU ran for over 100 yards and Matthew Tucker was just 10 yards short.  If they weren't so generous with the fumbles then this game would have been a blowout.

Cowboy Foe:  Waymon James, Ed Welsey and Matthew Tucker.  This trio accounted for 381 rushing yards and all four of the Horned Frog touchdowns.
