LARAMIE, Wyo. -
New University of Wyoming Cowboy basketball head coach Larry Shyatt will be introduced at a fan reception and press conference on Wednesday, April 6 in the Wildcatter Stadium Club & Suites beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Fans unable to attend the event can either watch the press conference live online or listen to it on the radio through their local affiliate of the Cowboy Sports Network. The press conference will be streamed live on the internet through Wyoming All-Access at WyomingAthletics.com. Fans will need to check with their local radio affiliate to see if they will be broadcasting the event.
Following the press conference, Coach Shyatt and his staff will be available for one-on-one interviews with the media. Following those interviews, the coaching staff will be available to meet with fans.
There is construction in the Ford lots so the school is opening up other surrounding parking lots with no charge.
On Tuesday Shyatt spent the day doing radio interviews and giving fans a glimpse of where is he in regards to settling into Laramie and getting the team together.
- The first interview was on ESPN radio on the Scott Van Pelt Show. Ryen Russilo interviews Shyatt but they spend most of their time talking about Butler-UConn. At least it was some national exposure from the world wide leader.
- A much more in-depth interview was done with the local crew on KFBC 1240. Shyatt talks about needs for the roster (pg and inside scoring) and getting settled in his surroundings.
