If Wyoming is looking to make a big splash, the next two weeks would be great time to do so. ESPN announced earlier today that they will broadcast the Wyoming at Boise State game on November 16th, on ESPN2 at 8:15 p.m. MT. This will make it two weeks in a row that the Cowboys will appear on ESPN2 in that time slot. The same channel and kickoff time for the game versus Fresno State this Saturday was announced last week.
This marks three times the Cowboys will appear on an ESPN network this season. The Wyoming - Air Force game was also a night game and was shown on ESPNU. Wyoming dominated that game, here is to some more late night magic.
Taking a quick look at the game this week. A November night game in Laramie is certainly a rare occurrence. With Wyoming weather you never know what you are going to get. Currently the forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high of 43, 0% chance of precipitation. It will be a chilly game as it will likely be around freezing at kickoff. If the forecast worsens that would certainly play into the favor of the Cowboys. The more dramatic conditions are for Fresno State, the better.
The Cowboys certainly have the opportunity to make make some impressions on a lot of college football fans these next two weeks. Let's hope they are positive ones.
