A little congressional smack talk between Rep. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) in this video back from 2009. Lummis really needs to step up her game. Her entire argument was based on what other Mountain West teams did against the Big 12.. Did she turn the turn Hook Em Horns into the Dr. Evil finger?

The MTN will be signing off tonight at midnight. This final segment was really hard to watch. Mountain West fans were spoiled by having every home football game and every conference basketball broadcast. It certainly wasn't a perfect station but it gave millions of fans a chance to see their teams games that otherwise never would have been televised. Now we venture forward with an unknown TV schedule. Currently Wyoming only has one national broadcast for 2012. It will now be up to regional stations to step up and try and pick up some of those games. Thanks to everyone at The MTN for their fantastic coverage of the Cowboys over these last six years. There is plenty of white snow in and all around Arena-Auditorium. Now the Cowboys want make the inside covered in white this Saturday. It's the Cowboys Vs Cancer game and the school will be selling white t shirts to benefit cancer research. I didn't realize that 1 in 2 men will get cancer during their lifetime. My father dealt with Leukemia three times and he is a survivor thanks to a new procedure that was developed at the University of Arizona hospital. Please do your part to help the Cowboys beat Boise State and for mankind to find a cure to this plague.

I've never seen this before but Utah Valley actually puts their home basketball broadcast on Youtube. So if you have two hours to kill and want to watch the game again here is your chance. Or if you missed it earlier then you can check it out. The last five minutes are very tense and worth rewatching. At the start of the video you can actually see their warehouse like arena being converted to a basketball court. I love the one commercial for a restaurant that airs multiple times. It never tells you name of the eatery or where it is located. Genius marketing!
